I'm Katie, a PACFA Registered Psychotherapist.
Psychotherapy is the process of understanding who you are and why you experience the world as you do.
Becoming more self-aware sets you free from being at the mercy of all the stressors outside of yourself and allows you to experience peace, balance and joy from within.
This can feel especially challenging following painful, traumatic and significant events in our lives.
However, I believe that if you have the courage to see it, you have the strength to change it.
