Eligibility
- The Heart Space is an exclusive membership space for women who have previously worked with Katie in one-on-one sessions.
- Katie reserves the right to determine who is ready to participate in this group membership, based on where you are in your healing journey and whether this phase of support is appropriate for you at this time.
Membership Commitment & Payment
- Membership is $159 AUD per month (founding rate, honoured for as long as you remain a member).
- Membership requires an initial 6-month commitment. After this period, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless you choose to cancel.
- Payments are processed monthly in advance.
- Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Sessions & Access
- Members will receive access to live sessions as outlined in the membership schedule.
- If you are unable to attend live, session replays will be available for you to watch anytime.
- Membership also includes access to a private Facebook group for ongoing connection and support.
- Katie reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session times, themes, or delivery format, and members will be notified in advance where possible.
Conduct & Community Guidelines
- The Heart Space is a supportive and respectful environment. Members are expected to conduct themselves with kindness and integrity at all times.
- Sharing or discussing another member’s personal experiences outside of the group is strictly prohibited. Confidentiality is central to the integrity of this space.
- Any behaviour that disrupts the safety or wellbeing of the group may result in suspension or termination of membership at Katie’s discretion.
Disclaimer
The Heart Space is a therapeutic membership program but does not replace one-on-one therapy or crisis support.
Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own wellbeing and choices within and outside of the sessions.
If at any time Katie feels this membership is no longer appropriate for your needs, she may recommend pausing or discontinuing your membership and, if helpful, refer you back to one-on-one support.
