This course invites you to connect with the most important relationship you'll ever have: the one with yourself. 

Your relationship with yourself involves the same key elements as any other relationship: you must create space to listen to yourself, understand your needs, and make intentional choices to meet them. 

Many of us were taught to prioritise the needs of others over our own and it is likely we learned this from the families, communities and cultures in which we were raised. 

It's not that we chose to neglect our needs; rather, that we never learned how to fulfil them or give ourselves permission to prioritize them. Perhaps you were taught to suppress your needs, and that expressing them would be considered selfish.

In truth, if your compassion and consideration don't extend to yourself, they are incomplete. 

Believing that we matter is a state of consciousness. The six stages of this course have been specifically crafted to help you to understand how you really feel, what you need, how to hold healthy boundaries and how to deeply connect with and care for yourself.

Whatever has brought you here, trust that it is guiding you towards what you need. I believe  that integrating these six core pillars of understanding will liberate you to live with deep peace, clarity and empowerment.

In week one, I’ll introduce you to one of the most valuable tools we can ever possess: The Witness. By embracing this perspective, you'll begin to untangle yourself from the truths of others, allowing you to discover and connect with your own voice and understanding

Week 1: Awakening Self-Awareness: The First Step Towards Healing

Once we can truly see what is happening within us, we can begin to work with it. In week two, we’ll explore how to hold conscious conversations and claim our truth. This is a practical journey into creating meaningful change in your life, and I will provide you with strong frameworks to support that process.

Week three is a big one: emotional boundaries. We’ll explore what they are, how they form, and how to use them to protect ourselves. For many, this concept has never been modelled, making this week full of powerful ‘ah-ha’ moments.

Understanding boundaries allows us to explore what prevents us from maintaining them. In week four, we’ll dive into the external resistance—the pushback we often face from others who try to keep us stuck and get what they want.

Week six offers a deeply heartfelt understanding of what it truly means to reclaim yourself. We’ll explore how you show up for yourself, as well as the ways you may fall short. By the end, you’ll leave with clear commitments to yourself, empowering you to sustain the changes you’ve made in your life

Week 4 - Navigating Resistance from Others: How Anger and Guilt Are Used to Manipulate Us

Week 5 - Mastering Inner Resistance: Working with Your Inner Critic

Week 6: Moving Forward: Deep Self-Care and Maintaining Connection to Self

In addition to the external resistance from others that can keep us stuck, we now begin to explore our own inner resistance—the 'Inner Critic.' This interactive week is designed to provide you with practical, actionable tools to bring the unconscious into the conscious, helping you move forward with greater self-awareness and insight.

In Addition: You will be invited to join our FB community for your group, which hosts all live recordings should you need to miss a session & you can post on going questions as they arise.

Once we can see what is really going on for us, we can work with it, so in week two we learn how to hold conscious conversations and claim our truth. This is a practical exploration of what we can do to create change in our lives, and I will share strong frameworks to support that.

Week three is a big one, emotional boundaries. We learn what they are, how they are formed, and how we use them to keep ourselves safe. Many of us have never had this role modelled so this week is always full of huge ah-ha moments.

what stops us from holding boundaries?

Understanding boundaries allows us to explore what stops us from holding them. Week four explores the outer resistance, the push back we get from others, and in week five we look inside ourselves at our own inner barriers.

Continuing the journey

Week six is a deeply heartfelt understanding of what reclamation of self really is. We look at the ways in which we show up for ourselves and the ways in which we might not. You will leave with clear commitments to yourself, supporting you to continue to uphold change in your life.

Do i need to prepare for the course?

We will connect via Zoom or a phone call ahead of the course so I can understand more about your journey and how I can best support you. There is nothing to do ahead of time other than to trust you are in the right spot. This course always attracts precisely who needs to be there. 

Will i need to do anything in between the weekly sessions?

Each week I will share tools and resources to take back into your personal life and practice your learning. 
These are always well-loved and received, although there is no expectation for you to do any homework.

what is included in the course?

All course material is included, and the tools and resources are to keep. For the courses in-person, there will also be refreshments at the venue and most women find they relish in the likeminded support and connection with others.
I am always available to connect in if there is something you may need more personal support with.
And of course the goal is a more fulfilled, joyful and empowered you.

This course follows a particular structure to reach particular outcomes. There is incredible value in sound-boarding your experience with peers, and feeding off of each other's energy. You'll also make true friends that are aligned with your life purpose.
