Every business begins with a story, and mine is deeply personal.
Before I ever trained as a psychotherapist, before the degrees and professional experience, I had already lived the realities of emotional abuse. I grew up in it, I married it, and for years I didn’t know how to break free from it. When I finally left my marriage, I knew something had to change—but I didn’t yet know who I was outside of the patterns I’d been living.
That decision was the beginning of my own reclamation. I began piecing myself back together, asking hard questions: Why had I abandoned my needs for so long? Why had I tolerated what hurt me? And who could I become if I learned to truly trust myself?
It wasn’t easy. Healing never is. But through that journey, I rediscovered my worth, my voice, and my capacity to live a life that feels aligned and free. And it’s because of that experience—walking through it myself—that I now walk beside other women as they do the same.
A lot of people think therapy is only about looking back at what happened. Of course, honouring your story and processing your pain is important. But the heart of my work goes beyond the past—it’s about what comes next.
I don’t see therapy as “fixing” you. You were never broken. What I see is women who are exhausted, disconnected, and ready for something to shift. My role is to help you reconnect with yourself so you can create a life that feels authentic and supportive.
Together, we:
The women I work with often describe me as practical, grounded, and compassionate. I blend deep emotional healing with tools you can use in daily life, so you don’t just understand what’s happening—you feel equipped to move forward.
The themes that most often bring women to my practice are narcissistic abuse, emotional trauma, and burnout. And for good reason—these experiences can completely disconnect you from yourself.
But underneath all of that pain, your true self still exists. The part of you that knows what you want. The part that can trust your body, your voice, your choices. The part that can create a life of balance, freedom, and peace.
My work is about guiding women back to that place. To reclaim the relationship they have with themselves. To build trust in their own needs. To feel safe, grounded, and empowered again.
If there’s one thing I know, it’s that healing is possible. You don’t have to stay stuck in cycles of burnout, self-abandonment, or toxic relationships. You can reconnect with yourself. You can trust your inner voice again. You can create a life that feels balanced, joyful, and true.
My promise to the women I work with is simple: I will walk beside you with compassion, practical tools, and a steady reminder that you already have everything within you to heal.
This isn’t about surviving. It’s about remembering who you are, what you want, and reclaiming the life you deserve.

When working with me, I’ll invite you to become a member of my exclusive Heart Space Community, where you’ll connect with me and like-minded women on a monthly basis to continue your journey to healing and balance. Because healing doesn’t end when the crisis passes. Often, the real transformation begins after that chapter closes – in the quiet rebuilding, the choosing of new patterns, and the deepening of your relationship with yourself.
